Meindl is a German heritage brand from Bavaria, founded in 1683, as the logo’s “Est. 1683” says. It’s best known for hiking and mountain boots, and it also makes traditional Alpine clothing, including leather trousers (lederhosen), vests and jackets. Its look blends old Bavarian craft, real leather and natural materials with a modern, upscale feel.
